Deeds Office Property
The Property Search utility returns information about a property that is registered in the Deeds Office.
Deeds Office Document
Use the Document Search utility to find out about documents registered in the Deeds Office and request electronic copies of these documents e.g. Title Deeds.
Erf-to-Street Conversion
The Erf-to-Street Conversion utility allows the user to enter information about a property (erf or sectional scheme) and receive the corresponding street address.
Street-to-Erf Conversion
The Street-to-Erf Conversion utility allows the user to enter a street address and receive the corresponding erf or sectional scheme details.
Property Valuation
The Property Valuation utility allows you to value a property by finding the average property sale prices in a street and suburb. Using this utility, you can also view a map of the area, including the location of the closest property transfers and of local amenities.
Surveyor General Diagram
The office of the Surveyor General (SG) currently contains the computerised images of 2,000,000 diagrams, 36,000 general plans and 25,000 sectional title plans. These images can now be downloaded directly to your computer.
Transfer Search
The Deeds Office provides access to transfer data online, since December 2001. Transfer data may be requested for specified townships, municipalities, registration divisions, agricultural holdings, sectional schemes or farms for a specified period.
Historical Transfers
These searches provide historical data as far back as 1993. Transfer data may be requested for a suburb, street, scheme, registration division or farm, for a specified period and price range.
