15.1 Ancestry24 chooses as its domicilium citandi et executandi for all purposes under this agreement, whether in respect of court process, notice, or other documents or communication of whatsoever nature, 7th Floor, Media City, 1 Heerengracht, Cape Town, 8001, South Africa.
16.1 This agreement shall commence when the user registers on the Ancestry24 site and continues indefinitely until terminated by Ancestry24 in terms of clause 22 hereto or for any other reason
